Delivery photos that show where and when

PicAnchor is a camera app for couriers and drivers. When you photograph the parcel at the door, the time, date and a note are burned into the photo along with the driver's name (set once in the app), and the GPS location and street address too when the phone is online, so each drop-off records when it was left, by whom and, online, where.

One camera for every job

A courier photographs a parcel left on the doormat of a front door with the PicAnchor camera; the stamp on his screen reads 13:11 GMT+1, Sunday, 27 September 2026, Jonas Becker, left at front door

What gets recorded

What the stamp records at the door

  1. 01

    Where it was left

GPS location and street address, added when the phone is online.

  2. 02

    When it was left

Time and date, burned on when you take the photo.

  3. 03

    Who left it

The driver's name, once it is set in the app, and a note such as "Left at front door".

  4. 04

    A code for the photo

Every photo has a 16-character code that a customer or dispatcher can check at verify.picanchor.com (opens in a new tab).

How it works

From the doorstep to the report

  1. 01

    Add your drivers

The admin adds each driver by name and PicAnchor gives them a 6-digit code. On your own there is nothing to set up.

  2. 02

    Photograph the drop-off

Frame the parcel at the door and shoot. The stamp is already on the screen and is burned in when you press the shutter.

  3. 03

    Share or report

Share a photo from the app, or export a PDF report with each photo's time, driver and QR code, and its address when it was taken online.

FAQ

Delivery questions

Do drivers need to sign up?

No. The admin adds each driver by name, and the driver joins in the app with their name and a 6-digit code. No email or password.

Can I add a parcel number or a note?

Yes. The note is free text, for example "Left at front door", and it is burned into the photo.

Can a customer check a delivery photo?

Yes, with the photo's code or the QR code in a report, at verify.picanchor.com (opens in a new tab). The check page shows when the photo was registered. It holds no picture and no location.

Does the app record the recipient's name?

No. PicAnchor stamps who took the photo, not who received the parcel. Write a name in the note if you want one on the photo.

Is it free for a single driver?

Yes. The camera, stamps and PDF reports are free on your own, with no account needed.

Does it work without signal?

The camera works without signal. A photo taken offline carries the time, note and name but no GPS location or address, which need a connection. Photos are registered and synced once the phone is back online.
