How do I join my company?
Your admin adds you as a worker and gives you your name and a 6-digit join code. In the app, tap Menu, then Join as Worker, and enter your name and code exactly as your admin wrote them. Your admin can also send you an invite link or a QR code instead.
My code doesn't work.
Check the name is spelled the same way your admin entered it. Invite links can be used once and expire after 7 days; ask your admin for a new one.
What changes after I join?
Your photos are taken for the company and upload to it automatically. Your company sets the stamp, so you can't change stamp settings. The Gallery has Personal and Company tabs.
How do I leave?
Tap Menu, then Leave Company. Photos already uploaded stay with the company. If some photos haven't uploaded yet, the app offers to upload them first. On iPhone, leaving also deletes your worker sign-in from our servers.
How does an admin add a worker?
In the app (Menu, then your company's name, then Add Worker) or on the dashboard at picanchor.app (opens in a new tab). The free plan includes 1 worker; Pro includes up to 10 and Pro+ up to 30.
How do I create a company account?
In the app: Menu, then Create free business account. Or register your company on the dashboard at picanchor.app (opens in a new tab).
