What is on the stamp?
The date and time with the time zone, the coordinates and street address (when the photo is verified), and the verification badge. You can add your name, your company name and a note. Every photo also carries a photo code (like #LJRBD6) and a 16-character verification code (like 5ZEZ-K0MT-FSC4-TTBU).
Can I remove the stamp later?
No. The stamp is written into the photo's pixels when you take it. That is what makes it proof: it can't be edited afterwards.
Can I change how it looks?
Yes, in Stamp Settings: four designs (Anchor Bar, Glass Panel, Forensic Tag, Field Frame), two sizes, which fields to show, and the date format. If you work for a company, your admin sets these.
Can the stamp be in another language?
Yes. Stamp language is separate from the app's language. The "PicAnchor Verified" badge always stays in English so anyone can read it.
What is the 16-character code for?
Anyone can type it, or scan the QR in a report, at verify.picanchor.com (opens in a new tab) to check when the photo was registered. The short # code is a photo reference only.
Can I add my company logo?
A company logo on the stamp is part of the Fleet plan. Otherwise the stamp shows the PicAnchor mark.
