Projects

What are projects?

A company's jobs, each with its name, dates, place and the workers assigned. Your company can call them projects, jobs, sites, orders or bookings.

Who creates them?

Admins, in the app or on the dashboard. Workers see their own in Menu, then My projects (or My jobs, etc.).

How do I take photos for a project?

Open it from My projects and tap Camera. Its photos are filed under that project.

Who can mark a project complete?

Admins always. Workers only if the company has turned on "Workers can mark complete". An admin can approve or reopen it.

Will I get reminders?

Yes, if you allow notifications: the evening before and an hour before a project starts.

Still stuck? Tap Menu, then Help, then Contact support, or email hello@picanchor.com.
