What is a site report? Fleet
A document with one photo per page: the photo's stamp details beside it, and your own notes below (location, item, observation, action required, who is responsible, due date and status).
How do I make one?
Menu, then Business tools, then Site reports, then New. Pick photos from the Gallery and tap Create. You can also start one from Export PDF in the Gallery.
Can I edit it?
Yes. Tap a page's text to edit its notes, tap the header to edit the details, and use the round button to add or reorder pages. Report settings choose which fields appear.
Can I export it?
Yes, as a PDF or a Word file, to share or save.
Who can see my reports?
You and your company's admins. They are saved to your company account. Photos you add from your phone's library are uploaded without their location or camera details.
My plan ended. Do I lose my reports?
No. You can still open, edit and export existing reports. Creating new ones needs a Fleet plan.
