What leaves my phone if I don't have an account?
Only each photo's verification entry: a fingerprint of the file, its code and the capture time. Never the photo, your location or your name.
What does a company account store?
The photos your team uploads, their stamp details, projects, site reports and customer links. The full details are in our privacy policy at picanchor.com/privacy (opens in a new tab).
How long are photos kept?
30 days on the free plan, 1 year on a paid plan. Deleted photos can be restored on the dashboard for 30 days.
How do I delete my company account?
On iPhone: Menu, then your company's name, then My Account, then Delete Account. Type your company name and tap Delete Account.
On Android: Menu, then your company's name, then Delete account. Type your company name and tap Delete account permanently.
This deletes the company, every worker's access, the uploaded photos and your login, straight away. Photos on your workers' own phones are not deleted.
I'm a worker. How do I delete my data?
On iPhone: tap Menu, then Leave Company. This also deletes your worker sign-in.
On Android: tap Menu, then Leave Company, then ask your admin to delete your record, or email hello@picanchor.com.
Your admin can delete your worker record on the dashboard.
Can verification records be deleted?
They are kept so codes keep working for anyone checking a photo. You can ask us to withdraw one; see the privacy policy.
Still stuck? Tap Menu, then Help, then Contact support, or email hello@picanchor.com.
