The stamp has no address.
The address is looked up online. Without a connection the photo is not verified and has no place on it. It is not added later.
The stamp shows no location at all.
Check that PicAnchor is allowed to use your location in the phone's settings, and that location is switched on. Wait for the location to appear on the camera screen before taking the photo; outdoors it is faster.
The photo says "Not verified".
The phone was offline, the time hadn't been checked in the last 5 minutes, or the location was missing or old. Connect to the internet, keep the camera open for a moment, then take the photo.
It says "LOCATION NOT VERIFIED".
A mock-location app or developer setting is supplying a fake location. Turn it off and restart the app.
My company photos aren't uploading.
- Check the connection. Photos wait on the phone and upload when it is back, even after a restart.
- If "Sync over mobile data" is off in Settings, photos upload only on Wi-Fi.
- "Company storage limit reached": the free plan's 100 photos are used. Photos stay on your phone until space is freed or the company upgrades.
- "This device is no longer linked to the company": rejoin your company; your photos upload once you do.
Where can I see upload status?
On Android, each company photo in the Gallery shows Pending, Synced or Couldn't upload. On iPhone, ask your admin, who sees uploaded photos on the dashboard.
